So after much speculation the winner of Kate Middleton’s wedding dress design is believed to have gone to Sarah Burton who superseded the world renowned Alexander McQueen of East End rebel’s label after Alexander committed suicide in 2010. Sarah Burton is believed to have been commissioned to designing Kate Middleton’s wedding dress as she also deigned a modern silk strapless gown for the wedding of Sara Buy’s to Tom Parker Bowles, who is Prince Williams step brother. Sarah Burton is a real favourite of top celebrities and has the likes of Sarah Jessica Parker, Lady Gaga, Gwyneth Paltrow and Michelle Obama the first lady, President Obama’s wife.
